Blanca Jordan
In her role as Vision Strategic Support, Blanca shapes strategy and global governance and support our J&J Global Vision Leadership Team (VLT) in managing our business worldwide.
Since 2019, Blanca has been the Plant Manager of Vision’s Jacksonville Facility. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in helping the organization remain modern, innovative, and patient-centric. Under her leadership, construction of the Central Utility Plant strengthened Jacksonville’s site infrastructure. The site also advanced to next levels of sustainability through the sourcing of 100% Solar Power and serves as a beacon to manufacturers worldwide through the WEF Global Lighthouse Network. Throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, Blanca remained a steadfast leader committed to providing a safe workplace for all campus employees.
Prior to Blanca’s Vision experience, she progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, Engineering, and R&D in the Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries. Blanca has devoted her career to the manufacturing and delivery of amazing products that improve people’s lives – be that baby formula, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. She is a purpose-driven leader with a strong track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams that drive successful business results, while caring for our customers, patients, employees, and the communities in which we operate.
Blanca holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University. Blanca was nominated for the 2023 Women Make America Awards and is an executive sponsor for the Alliance for Diverse Abilities Employee Resource Group in Jacksonville, FL.
