Jacqueline Henderson
Jacqueline is responsible for growth within the EMEA region, including P&L goal attainment, development, and delivery of the strategic plan achieving market-winning results. Following double digit growth across Vision in EMEA in 2022, she will focus on leading her expert team to unlock the next generation of growth in EMEA, serving our patients and customers.
Jacqueline joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products division in 1996, where she advanced through positions in sales and marketing leadership in Global and Local operating company roles. She moved to the Medical Device sector of Johnson & Johnson in January 2014 as General Manager of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Canada. In 2016 she became VP of Marketing North America. In 2022 she was promoted to EMEA Area VP, Vision Care. Her broad-based experiences delivering transformative solutions and breakthrough results across multiple functions and businesses will serve her well in this new expanded role.
Jacqueline is a past 4-year board member of the CCTFA Foundation Board, supporting women whose lives are affected by cancer with two programs – Look Good Feel Better and Facing Cancer Together. Jacqueline has also held a seat on the Board of Think About Your Eyes, a national public awareness campaign about the importance of scheduling an annual eye exam with an optometrist, from 2016-2020. She was elected as Vice-Chair for 2019.
She has been the recipient of multiple Burke Awards, an Eagle Award winner, a Standards of Leadership Award winner, a Grandview Award winner, and two-time President’s Club winner.
