Jeanne Bennett
Jeanne is the VP, Global Strategic Marketing, where she oversees Vision’s global innovation and pipeline strategy. In this role Jeanne is responsible for new business development, upstream marketing, brand stewardship of our critical megabrands (ACUVUE® and TECNIS®), end-to-end strategy, KOL management, and health economics and market access—to accelerate Vision’s growth globally.
Jeanne is a senior leader with a long tenure within the healthcare industry and who has established herself as a leader with deep commercial and marketing experience and is known for her innovative solutions and impact as an inclusive and dynamic leader. Jeanne has held several leadership positions throughout her time with Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Health Systems for Janssen’s Cardiovascular and Metabolism (CVM) therapeutic area in the U.S. In this role, Jeanne led a team of over 1,000 professionals to surpass net trade sales targets for two consecutive years and served as a vital leader and sponsor of the CVM business strategy transformation. Jeanne also previously led the Rheumatology Sales team at Janssen Immunology and served as Vice President of Global Professional Sales & Marketing within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. Prior to J&J, Jeanne started her career as a sales representative and marketer, and held several leadership roles within the consumer healthcare industry.
Beyond the P&L, Jeanne is a fierce champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as people and teams, believing that every individual holds a piece of the puzzle to success and that it takes the energy and input of each individual to put that puzzle together. She served as the Enterprise Co-Chair for Open & Out, our Employee Resource Group (ERG) for LGBTQIA+ people and allies at J&J, from 2016 to 2022. Under her leadership Open & Out expanded globally from a largely US based organization to a 70+ country powerhouse with over 5,000 employees actively engaged worldwide.
Jeanne holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. She is a single mom to three sons, Marcus, (21) who attends Indiana University and twins, Eric and Andrew (18), who are high school seniors. Jeanne also served as a volunteer ambulance driver with the Glen Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Squad in New Jersey. In addition to the ambulance, she also enjoys driving her Harley, a vintage BSA motorcycle, and 72 Datsun 240z.
