Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mark served as a VP of Digital and Chief Information Officer within the automotive industry. In this role, he supported the full value chain, from manufacturing of cars through the sale and service. His tech responsibilities included IT security, manufacturing, distribution, ERP, sales, marketing, finance, analytics, digital, as well as oversight of the CRM and P&L ownership for a car ownership app.

Mark also served as VP & Digital Systems Officer within the beauty industry supporting $1.9B+ in annual revenue. Mark was accountable for the IT portfolio, supporting over ten brands across ecommerce, CRM, luxury retailers, free-standing stores, and outlet distribution channels.

Mark has certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Management, and Scrum Master. He was awarded Jacksonville Business Journal’s Tech Leader of the Year.
